My experience with Ray Mihara was excellent. He is honest and most professional. He is very knowledgeable of the real estate market and an expert in his field. He keeps you informed and is timely on his responses to you. I would highly recommend his services to anyone buying or purchasing real estate. He is the best in his field. If any of my neighbors, friends or family need a real estate broker, Ray Mihara has my recommendation.

Ray was amazing to work with! Selling a home can be stressful, but he took care of everything, provided expertise, knowledge, advised us responsibly, and in turn, sold our house in 4 days. I would like to tell everyone that my experience with Ray Mihara in selling my mother's house through the probate process could not have gone any better. Professional results were what I was hoping for, and it was what I got. Ray handled the sale himself and responded to any and all issues as they arose. Having an acceptable contract in my hand within a week, was more then I could have asked for. A rapid closing ensued, and I could not be any happier with the results. My sister and I were listing a house to help close out an estate. Ray understood our goals. Marketing wise, Ray immediately arranged an open house for the same weekend but a contract was signed in one day. The process from then on involved a series turns and negotiations involving the buyer, their Realtor, the lender and a contractor who performed inspection disclosed repairs. During this process Ray was personally involved at every step. During the entire process he communicated quickly and concisely. He explained the issues, consequences and solutions. We relied on Ray to provide negotiation alternatives and recommendations based on local knowledge, his experience and, most of all, his understanding of our goals. This particular process became more complicated than it may sound and almost ended more than once, but Ray always had a creative way to get it back on track and it ended very satisfactory. I would definitely recommend Ray as someone to trust with residential real estate needs.

Mihara & Assoicates offered very professional services provided in selling our property. There were glitches along the way with the buyer's financing and an unforeseen roofing replacement, but Ray Mihara was always willing to come up with a solution agreeable and fair to both sides. He was available all hours of the day and night and promptly resolved all issues. I would readily recommend Ray to anyone interested in buying or selling property.

Ray Mihara just sold my house! My mom recommended him when I was looking for an agent since he sold our old house 10 years ago. When I met him to talk about selling my home, I was shocked about the details that he remembered from meeting me so long ago. He is very prepared and knowledgeable and even though my house had a low listing price, he handled it personally and was very responsive. Having a bad experience with a previous Realtor, I was very hesitant selling my house the second time around and Ray put my mind at ease.
