Ray sold our house in a matter of hours, at top price. Our first showing was at 5:00 p.m. and the contract was signed by 8:00 p.m. He had buyers in mind before we even had an open house. We took his advice on which improvements both to do and skip, and we ended up saving money that we might have wasted on improvements we didn't need to do. Very satisfied with Mr. Mihara.

I am active duty military and purchased a home using a different realtor. Oscar Contreras was the seller's realtor. Due to my job and work schedule most of my transaction was done via phone and email. After the inspection there were repairs to be done. My realtor organized the repairs and supposedly had inspected them. After moving into my home I found a couple of the items had not been completed. Attempts to contact my realtor failed as my realtor had moved out of the state. I was out nearly $1000.00 and I was not pleased about it. As a last shot I contacted Oscar. Although he was not my realtor and had no obligation whatsoever to help me, he did. He got in touch with my realtor and kept me up to date on the progress. Over the course of several days he was able to encourage my realtor to do the right thing and reimburse me. Had it not been for Oscar's intervention I am certain I never would have received the reimbursement. Again, Oscar did this all because he felt it was the right thing to do, he didn't receive anymore money. He volunteered his spare time to help a complete stranger. If I every bought or sold real estate in this area again, Oscar would be at the top of my list to hire as my real estate agent. I think his conduct in this situation was clear evidence of his character as a person. Thank you!
