Ray has been good to work with and did a great job on selling our home. We had a contract within 30 days and his office was such a big help in getting us the new home we needed.

Ray was AWESOME! He set an expectation to sell my parents' home in 3 months and DID IT! Listed to sold in 3 months! His team was on top of things, communicating effectively and efficiently. The process was seamless even though we live out of the country. Everything was handled by Ray and his team. We had to trust him, his advice and expertise! Awesome job!

Mark Becker was amazing to work with. He responded to my texts and calls right away making sure we had every question answered that we needed. He showed us every house we wanted to see and made sure to point out any concerns with each house which was good since we have never bought a house before. Mark was everything we could have wanted in a Realtor. My husband and I bought our first house in about 2 months and the process was much easier thanks to Mark.

In my opinion, Ray Mihara is the best, the very best, real estate agent there is. We're moving to Florida from upstate New York in a few months and recently bought a house near Tampa with Ray's help. This was our sixth house purchase over the past 40 years, and it was by far the most pleasant transaction of all of them. In fact, without Ray's help, I can't see how we would have even managed to do this without losing our sanity. Ray took care of all the details, followed up on everything, and kept us informed every step of the way. Simply put, he was amazing. Highly, highly recommended!!

Ray did an amazing job listing and selling our home. Ray said he would show our house to potential buyers and he did. He showed our house daily to multiple buyers as well as held "Open House" showings every weekend. The amount of foot traffic he brought through our house was unbelievable. Once an offer was received, Ray did an amazing job communicating between us and the buyers. He also coordinated the needed fixes after the home inspection. We were extremely impressed with Ray's professionalism and honesty. If we had to do it all over again we would call Ray again in a heart beat!!!

Ray sold our house in a matter of hours, at top price. Our first showing was at 5:00 p.m. and the contract was signed by 8:00 p.m. Ray had prospective buyers already lined up before the house even went on the market. The best part was that we followed his advice about what improvements to make to our house to make it "show" appropriately. We did not end up spending a lot of money on improvements that wouldn't have made a difference. Very satisfied with this Realtor.

Ray helped us sell two houses and buy a short sale this year. I could not be happier with how the process worked out. The short sale was a competitive sale with four offers on the first day.
