Saskyah was born and raised on the beautiful island of Haiti and migrated to the U.S with her family in 2006. Having experienced a culture shock and learning to quickly adapt to her surroundings, networking, bargaining and negotiating became her primary sources of communication. With a passion for both business and medicine, Saskyah earned her first Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from the University of South Florida and subsequently enrolled at Galen College of Nursing to obtain her second Bachelor's degree. However, after purchasing her very first home and getting a glimpse of the process, her love for real estate was ignited, and she became a licensed Realtor. Originally from Murmansk, Russia, Ksenia has been happily settled in the Sunshine State for over 20 years. Lily's family moved here from California when she was 1, so she considers herself to be a native to the Tampa Bay Area. Born and raised in Queens, New York, Mark has worked in Customer Service since 1980, including a 15-year stint as Bellman at Helmsley Palace in New York City. Julie grew up in a military family and traveled quite extensively. This traveling and meeting many people over her lifetime was the foundation for her love of dealing with the public. Originally from Michigan, Michelle earned an MBA in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University. After moving here, Michelle started selling children's books for an online publisher and kitchen gadgets through a multi-level marketing company. Lisa Carroll



A graduate from University of South Florida with a B.S. in Special Education, Lisa taught children with Autism Spectrum Disorder for Hillsborough County Public Schools. She subsequently joined RE/MAX and later owned and operated her own real estate firm in the Tampa area for 12 years. Tim earned a bachelor degree from Montclair State University, where he majored in English literature and mass communications. Vanessa was born and raised in Tampa.  Prior to becoming a Realtor, Vanessa was a stay-at-home mom for 4 years, and before that she worked in accounts payables. Being a third generation native and growing up and attending schools and college in the Tampa Bay area, Barbara has a real feel for the area.
