Yani grew up in Cuba and has lived in Tampa since 2015. Licensed in 2022, Yani is quickly making a name for herself in the real estate world. Outside of her professional life, Yani is passionate about staying active. She enjoys working out, spending sunny days at the beach, and taking long walks in nature to recharge. Originally from Murmansk, Russia, Ksenia has been happily settled in the Sunshine State for over 20 years. Prior to embarking on her real estate sales career, Ksenia spent five years learning the ins and outs of real estate on the legal end by working closely with a Tampa real estate attorney. While still in high school, Ksenia's first office job was for a prominent land developer as an administrative assistant where she learned about real estate on the commercial and retail side. Ksenia became a licensed real estate agent in 2010 and her approach to serving her clients is simple: provide expert assistance and exemplary customer service. With those two outcomes in mind, Ksenia has a way of building meaningful relationships and guiding even the most challenging situations to close. Ksenia also speaks Russian.

Sandya was born and raised in Sri Lanka, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Science and and a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Colombo. Her IT background equipped her with analytical skills, problem solving abilities, and a strong understanding of digital tools, which she now applies to streamline her real estate practice. In 2014, Sandya migrated with her family to Tampa where she served as an Export Promotion Officer, then transitioned her career into education, teaching math and IT. She played key roles in Hillsborough County schools, guiding students in both academic and technological proficiency. Her work in education not only honed her communication skills but also deepened her understanding of the importance of guidance, suport, and attention to detail-traits she seamlessly brings into her work as a Realtor. Lily's family moved here from California when she was 1, so she considers herself to be a native to the Tampa Bay Area. Lily is knowledgeable in multiple counties, including Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, and Hernando. Prior to joining Mihara & Associates, Lily worked as a Property Manager/Realtor for almost 2 years and had over 10 years experience in sales and customer service. She is also fluent in Spanish. Olga Bonelli is from Columbia and has had the privilege of being a full-time real estate agent since 2015. Jenni has lived in Florida her whole life (minus the first 6 months). She went to college at UCF in Orlando and has lived in Tampa the past 20 years. She loves everything about Tampa Bay - the people, the culture, the parks, the beaches, the food and the sports teams. She is married and has happily raised her three daughters in Odessa. She loves being part of Team TLC where she is the marketing assistant as well as overseeing client care, website content and local blogs. In her free time she loves to travel, cheer on the Tampa Bay Lightning and spend time with her family.

Julie grew up in a military family and traveled quite extensively. This traveling and meeting many people over her lifetime was the foundation for her love of dealing with the public.
