Christian was born in Charlotte, NC, attended Appalachian State University in Boone, NC, and subsequently graduated from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY, with a bachelor's degree in business management and leadership. Christian was also a serious soccer player, having competed in D1 soccer, the highest level of college soccer, and in a USL 2 team, USL League Two being the leader in pre-professional soccer in North America. Originally from Rochester, NY, Tom attended Mars Hill University in Asheville, NC, where he played Division 2 baseball. He then moved to London, UK for 15 months, where he obtained his MBA in international business. He subsequently relocated to Boston to work as a consultant, which enabled him to get into the investment side of real estate down here. In 2019, Tom moved to St. Petersburg and started as an investor, first working in the residential multi family space.
