Amanda was a Realtor for 10 years before joining Mihara & Associates. Her journey started as a New Home Consultant with Lennar Homes. After having her second child, she decided to pursue General Real Estate to allow more flexibility. She was with Charles Rutenberg (Clearwater Office) for 5 years, where she was responsible for the sale of 48 homes worth over $13 million. She then joined M&A. Over the years Amanda has learned the importance of the construction process, mortgage process, closing process, and most importantly customer service. She is quite knowledgeable with respect to relevant federal and local laws regarding real estate.
