Dan is a long time resident of Tampa Bay, where he graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration. Dan has a background in finance as a mortgage broker and as a stockbroker, and he enjoys helping people reach their financial goals, which includes homeownership, one of the largest financial purchases most people will make in a lifetime. In his free time he enjoys music and local sports, and he is an active member of his church. Married with three sons, Dan loves people in general and loves helping them reach their goals. With an Associate of Science in Nursing degree, Stacy has worked in the healthcare sector, first as a certified nursing assistant in the intensive care unit at Cape Coral Hospital and then as registered nurse on the progressive care unit at Florida Hospital Tampa. Skills that Stacy acquired from the nursing profession, that are advantageous to her as a Realtor include critical thinking, data analysis, teamwork, and communication skills. Bret's love for real estate began as an investor, but it became such a passion of his, he decided to make a career out of it. As a former pastor-teacher, some of his greatest joys in life come from helping others and giving back to the community. Therefore, it's so exciting for him to be able to turn that community focus toward real estate! In 2022, having been married for 7 years and the father of two gorgeous little girls, Jake decided it was time to follow his passion as a Realtor. New to real estate and the Tampa Bay area, Jake and his family moved here from East Texas. For the prior 8 years he had worked in the Renewable Energy Business and had held a variety of positions, including Lead Technician, Training Specialist, Lead Trainer, Content developer, and Site Manager. He served clients/customers/students in every position that he held in Renewables, and he focused his attention to detail to best serve the customer’s needs. He is very comfortable viewing legal documents that hold two parties accountable. Excited to make the Tampa Bay area his home for many years to come, Jake truly believes that his career in real estate here is just what is needed to make this happen.

Ryan was born in New York City, but grew up in what he calls Amazing Tampa Bay. He graduated from Steinbrenner High School here. He loves playing basketball, Italian food, and working out, but for Ryan, there is so much more that Tampa has to offer and so many things to love about Tampa, that his main priority is to share it with others. He loves all of the beaches, the area's sports entertainment, its amusement parks, and what he considers to be a foodie paradise. He loves the versatility and all the great people in this area and feels this city has so many opportunities everyone can take advantage of. Ryan has always been intrigued by real estate since he was little. He wants to help clients find their dream home and the best investments.

Born and raised in Tampa, Carlye's deep love for this city has been the driving force behind her real estate journey. She obtained her bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Tampa. UT is where she met her husband, with whom they've had two daughters. Carlye and her husband love real estate and have done everything from flipping houses to becoming an Airbnb Superhost. Having personally navigated every facet of real estate, Carlye understands the complexities and stress that can accompany it. It's this firsthand knowledge that fuels her dedication to guiding clients through the buying and/or selling process and is the reason she enjoys being a real estate agent.
