I have known Ray professionally and personally for over 20 years. He has been instrumental and an invaluable agent for myself as well as my family. His knowledge of the market trends as well as his ability to understand his clients wants and needs is the reason in my opinion he is the forerunner and so successful in his field. Not only have I used him in the past for my real estate needs I will also be using him in the future.

Earlier this year we sold our house with Ray. It was amazing because it sold so quickly, within 2 days, and Ray was extremely thorough with the entire process. He listened to what type of house we wanted then to find as our next dream home and worked so diligently to make it happen. A couple months later on a Sunday afternoon we toured that house, that same evening wrote up an offer and that very next day it became our new home. I contacted Ray because I had saved two of his brochures on my subdivision. I thought they were professionally done and I was convinced that the information on Zillow was not accurate. When Ray came to give me preliminary information about listing my house, I immediately became aware of his professionalism, his accurate knowledge of the market, and the professional marketing efforts that he uses. Plus he has a calm reassuring manner. I was so confident that he was the best agent for me that I didn't even interview others. In practice, everything went smoothly. He was always accessible and informed and anticipated any issues. I had an offer the first day and had no problems with the offer and completion of the sale. Since I decided to move out of state, I had many other things that were going on and it was reassuring that everything in the transaction went smoothly. I highly recommend Ray.

My wife and I hired Ray Mihara to sell our home shortly after I was offered a job transfer opportunity in Arizona. We advised him that we needed the home sold in a month. Ray immediately had an open house followed by numerous other showings on the home that resulted in a pending sale. That potential buyer cancelled the deal for personal reasons when my wife and I were in Arizona searching for a new home, but Ray promised us not to worry as he'd have another buyer within a week. He did just that. We were very impressed with the professionalism of Ray and his team. I called Ray's office to request a market analysis of my home. Ray came out the next morning with a detailed packet. He explained his marketing strategy and told me what he'd list it for. I almost choked when his amount exceeded another agent's analysis by $25K. I was skeptical, but decided to go with him based on his experience in the area and his plan for selling the house. The next morning he called asking if he could bring over another agent that was working for a cash buyer. Long story short we got a great cash offer as-is (the house needed a new roof). The whole process to closing was less than a month. Through it all Ray was responsive and very professional and was his staff. If you are looking for a positive, professional, responsive agent, and all around great guy, Ray is your man!
