I called Ray's office to request a market analysis of my home. Ray came out the next morning with a detailed packet. He explained his marketing strategy and told me what he'd list it for. I almost choked when his amount exceeded another agent's analysis by $25K. I was skeptical, but decided to go with him based on his experience in the area and his plan for selling the house. The next morning he called asking if he could bring over another agent that was working for a cash buyer. Long story short we got a great cash offer as-is (the house needed a new roof). The whole process to closing was less than a month. Through it all Ray was responsive and very professional and was his staff. If you are looking for a positive, professional, responsive agent, and all around great guy, Ray is your man!
