Monica Illas sold my home in Tampa when I moved back to Omaha. She wrote the book on honesty and going 100% for her clients. I can not recommend anyone other than Monica as a realtor. I have been buying and selling houses through Ray over the past 15+ years. Ray is very knowledgeable of the Tampa Bay real estate market on both sides of the bay. He has experience on both the buying and selling of low, middle and high end homes. Ray gives you a realistic view of what price you should sell your house for and also for how much you should make an offer for on a house you are looking to purchase, unlike some realtors that tell you only what you want to hear. I live and work in Buffalo, New York and was desperately looking to find a property for my parents to spend the Winter.
