Ray was extremely professional in evaluating the value of our home and very knowledgeable about the area in which it was located. After meeting with him, within 3 days pictures of our home (which were excellent, done by a professional) were posted online and we had two open houses. The open houses produced two offers and with his guidance we were able to sell above the original asking price. He advised on the details of the contract, which worked to our advantage in the negotiations. We had closing 30 days from the day our home was listed.
