Ray is great. I have bought and sold 6 homes with him. 3 for myself and my family and 3 others were investment properties. Ray has always been courteous, understanding and fast. And he really knows his territory which is extremely important when you are trying to sell your home or find the exact one you want.

Ray Mihara is an exceptional Real Estate Agent. I've worked with him for years and would recommend him to anyone. He first worked with me and my now ex-husband through our divorce and through the sale of our home. The time frame was difficult at best as we had to sell our home in the early part of 2010. Ray was incredible to work with as he understood the sensitivity of our situation in that we were going through a divorce and that we had to sell the house in a short amount of time and at the asking price that we set for the property.
