Tommy Calta was born in Chicago, Illinois and grew up in Tampa, Florida.  He graduated from Land O' Lakes High School, and then served in the United States Navy for 5 years on The USS Farragut destroyer. Since the conclusion of his career in the Navy, he has returned to the Tampa Bay Area, out of a great love for the culture, restaurants, and homey atmosphere. Tommy has a deep interest in real estate, and due to his passion for helping others, is why he chose to be a realtor. In his spare time, when he is not in the gym, cooking, or fixing old cars and trucks, he likes to spend free time with his friends and family.

Curt is a meticulous Realtor who percolates dedication, integrity and commitment with every client he is blessed to assist. Growing up in a military family and originally from West Michigan, by way of Virginia, Curt now calls Tampa home. With an extensive background in sales, management, marketing and over two decades of customer service experience, Curt is very conscientious of his clients' needs and prides himself on exercising a high level of efficiency with each transaction. As a father of two, Curt spends his free time coaching his daughters travel softball team, while also coaching his son's baseball team. As an avid Fantasy Football Player and prognosticator, Curt provides complimentary Fantasy Football Advice with each transaction.

Garrett grew up in the Tampa Bay area. He's a natural for entering the real estate field. His mother, Lisa, launched her real estate career in 1993. His father, Tim, had been a stockbroker and a mortgage broker before becoming a realtor and partnering with Lisa. So his parents being his mentors, Garrett joined the family business, Team TLC, a team of realtors, which Lisa and Tim had formed within M&A. In his free time, Garrett plays guitar and writes songs.

A graduate from University of South Florida with a B.S. in Special Education, Lisa taught children with Autism Spectrum Disorder for Hillsborough County Public Schools. In 1993, she launched her real estate career with Century 21. For her first year performance she won the Rookie of the Year award. She subsequently joined RE/MAX and later owned and operated her own real estate firm in the Tampa area for 12 years. A consistent multimillion-dollar producer and a seasoned investor, Lisa carried a multimillion-dollar portfolio of rentals in the early 2000s. Lisa works with her husband, Tim, and as a team they enjoy helping people with all aspects of the real estate process. They strive to make the transaction enjoyable and pride themselves on prompt and professional service. A large portion of Lisa's business is from repeat clients and referrals, but she enjoys meeting new clients and helping first time buyers as well. Lisa and Tim live with their two sons in Wilderness Lake Preserve. In her spare time Lisa paints and enjoys working out and cooking healthy meals.

Tim earned a bachelor degree from Montclair State University, where he majored in English literature and mass communications. He subsequently worked as a Series 7 stockbroker and as a mortgage broker. Now a Realtor, Tim has partnered with his wife, Lisa. In his spare time, Tim composes music, teaches guitar and songwriting to kids, and performs as a guitarist and vocalist. He has opened up for Flock of Seagulls and Yellowman.

Vanessa was born and raised in Tampa.  Prior to becoming a Realtor, Vanessa was a stay-at-home mom for 4 years, and before that she worked in accounts payables. Wanting to accomplish more, she decided that helping others find a home or sell their current home would be a rewarding experience. Vanessa and her sister Ilene started the journey of becoming Realtors together. Vanessa comes from a hardworking, motivated family. She is very family orientated and values her time with others. Coming from a big family, she knows how busy life can be and is happy to help make home buying or selling as easy and stress free as possible. Making sure you feel comfortable and enjoy the experience is important to Vanessa.

Joy started working in the apartment industry in 2001. That experience eventually led her into real estate. Joy strives to provide excellent customer service, believing that attention to details is the key to retaining relationships. She never promises anything she can't deliver. She understands the importance of finding a home and not just a house. Joy's home consists of, as she puts it, her amazing friend and husband of many years, her cat who lets Joy and her husband live with her, and her dog- the opera singer who will participate anytime a musical instrument is being played. Joy believes that prayer, hard work and perseverance together constitute the driving force to success. She lives her life enjoying the little moments, not taking them for granted. Raised in Tampa and earning her B.A. in Business Administration, Ingrid immediately jumped into the workforce. She worked as a mortgage originator and in auditing. She then moved on to a title company, coordinating and processing closings for several years. Now as a Realtor, Ingrid's strong background in the mortgage and title businesses gives her in-depth knowledge of the major moving parts of buying and selling a home. Moving swiftly and efficiently through the process is ideal for any client, and Ingrid delivers. She knows that the best service gives the best results, and she is certainly well prepared to help you find your perfect home. When not assisting clients, Ingrid spends time with her husband and 3 sons, entertaining friends, attending sports for the kids, and relaxing by the pool. Susan was born and raised in Atlanta and has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1990. A Realtor since 1996, when she first began working with Barbara Gibson, Susan has shown herself as one whom we can depend upon to put to excellent use her many years of real estate experience for her own as well as Barbara's clients when she and Barbara are teaming up. Susan's background includes 12 years of medical office management experience where she learned the importance of organizational skills and how paying attention to details can be a key factor for a successful completion of any endeavor. As soon as you meet Susan you will feel comfortable with her, and that comfort level will last throughout the entire real estate process.

Born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, Alex joined M&A at the ripe old age of 31, as a married father of 2 beautiful girls, a former member of the Army National Guard, where he served as a wheeled vehicle mechanic, and 7 years of prior work experience as a diesel technician at Penske. Alex decided to pursue a career as a Realtor because he loves every aspect of the business. Having invested in a second home, Alex believes that it's something that everybody should have the opportunity to do. Alex is a big Tampa sports fan, who thoroughly enjoys his home state of Florida, which he describes as "a beautiful place to live and enjoy a happy life".

A licensed Broker Associate, as well as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Jan began her real estate career in Kansas City, Mo.  Within two years of becoming a Realtor, Jan was asked to be the relocation director of a major KC real estate company.  When Jan changed companies in KC, the relocation group followed her, and she successfully managed the relocation listings and assisted many transferring families in their search for homes.  Jan followed her husband, Jerry, to Florida when he was transferred to the Tampa Bay area. She quickly established herself in the real estate market, being a multi-million dollar producer for over 20 years, and successfully managed a real estate company for 4 years, while maintaining her own production level.  Jan's husband has joined her in real estate and brings his sales experience to the team. Jan considers her friendships and many referrals from past buyers and sellers to be her greatest gift in her professional life.
