Tommy Calta was born in Chicago, Illinois and grew up in Tampa, Florida. He graduated from Land O' Lakes High School, and then served in the United States Navy for 5 years on The USS Farragut destroyer. Since the conclusion of his career in the Navy, he has returned to the Tampa Bay Area, out of a great love for the culture, restaurants, and homey atmosphere. Tommy has a deep interest in real estate, and due to his passion for helping others, is why he chose to be a realtor. In his spare time, when he is not in the gym, cooking, or fixing old cars and trucks, he likes to spend free time with his friends and family.
Curt is a meticulous Realtor who percolates dedication, integrity and commitment with every client he is blessed to assist. Growing up in a military family and originally from West Michigan, by way of Virginia, Curt now calls Tampa home. With an extensive background in sales, management, marketing and over two decades of customer service experience, Curt is very conscientious of his clients' needs and prides himself on exercising a high level of efficiency with each transaction. As a father of two, Curt spends his free time coaching his daughters travel softball team, while also coaching his son's baseball team. Garrett grew up in the Tampa Bay area. He's a natural for entering the real estate field. His mother, Lisa, launched her real estate career in 1993. His father, Tim, had been a stockbroker and a mortgage broker before becoming a realtor and partnering with Lisa. So his parents being his mentors, Garrett joined the family business, Team TLC, a team of realtors, which Lisa and Tim had formed within M&A. In his free time, Garrett plays guitar and writes songs.
A graduate from University of South Florida with a B.S. in Special Education, Lisa taught children with Autism Spectrum Disorder for Hillsborough County Public Schools. In 1993, she launched her real estate career with Century 21. For her first year performance she won the Rookie of the Year award. She subsequently joined RE/MAX and later owned and operated her own real estate firm in the Tampa area for 12 years. A consistent multimillion-dollar producer and a seasoned investor, Lisa carried a multimillion-dollar portfolio of rentals in the early 2000s. Lisa works with her husband, Tim, and as a team they enjoy helping people with all aspects of the real estate process. They strive to make the transaction enjoyable and pride themselves on prompt and professional service. A large portion of Lisa's business is from repeat clients and referrals, but she enjoys meeting new clients and helping first time buyers as well. Lisa and Tim live with their two sons in Wilderness Lake Preserve. In her spare time Lisa paints and enjoys working out and cooking healthy meals.
Tim earned a bachelor degree from Montclair State University, where he majored in English literature and mass communications. He subsequently worked as a Series 7 stockbroker and as a mortgage broker. Now a Realtor, Tim has partnered with his wife, Lisa. In his spare time, Tim composes music, teaches guitar and songwriting to kids, and performs as a guitarist and vocalist. He has opened up for Flock of Seagulls and Yellowman.
Vanessa was born and raised in Tampa. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Vanessa was a stay-at-home mom for 4 years, and before that she worked in accounts payables. Wanting to accomplish more, she decided that helping others find a home or sell their current home would be a rewarding experience. Vanessa and her sister Ilene started the journey of becoming Realtors together. Vanessa comes from a hardworking, motivated family. She is very family orientated and values her time with others.
