Brent was born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan and attended college in California during the Vietnam era. He volunteered for military service and served in the U.S. Air Force. After returning from Vietnam, Brent was stationed at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa. After being honorably discharged, he returned to Michigan, but longing for the beauty of the Tampa Bay area, he moved back here in 1974. For 19 years, Brent owned his own businesses. He started with a small deli, and over the years owned nine different restaurants. After selling his last restaurant, he decided that real estate was a natural fit. He then became a buyer's agent and also a sales consultant for two major builders who specialized in townhomes, condos, and villas. With many years of experience working with buyers and sellers, and hundreds of sales specializing in townhomes, Brent knows how to match buyers and sellers with the right properties. Customer satisfaction is his ultimate goal. Trust is the key to a successful relationship, and Brent does everything he can to ensure his clients have a positive and successful real estate experience.

Marilaine has lived in Tampa for most of her life. She attended local schools and has spent her entire professional career in the Tampa Bay area. She believes in giving back to her community, and is a long-standing member and past-president of the Kiwanis Club of Tampa. She also spent many years volunteering with the United Way of Tampa Bay. Her years in management with the IBM Corporation and her account management experience with a well-known staffing company prepared her well for a dynamic real estate career. Marilaine is a dedicated real estate professional whom people trust with their most-valuable asset. It's a responsibility that she takes very seriously. She knows the neighborhoods and area schools. She keeps track of market conditions, the local economy, and stays in constant touch with her clients throughout the process. Originally from Boston, Greg moved to Tampa, and after 25 years here joined M&A. Greg received a B.S. in education from University of Tampa and an M.A. in administration from USF. He taught science for 14 years and was in administration for 4 years before making a career change from education to real estate. In his spare time Greg is a guitarist and a connoisseur of classic cars.

A Florida native, Julie received her Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of South Florida. While lending support to her husband's career with World Wrestling Entertainment, she raised three children and pursued her career in the real estate industry. Her knowledge of the Tampa Bay area, as well as her ability to listen to what her clients' needs are and to satisfy those needs, are her strengths. Bob has an extensive background pertaining to real estate. In New Hampshire he was a Licensed Real Estate Broker for 17 years and on the State of New Hampshire Real Estate Board of Directors for 2 years. He was also President of Cornerstone Bank and Holding Company for 23 years. At Cornerstone his responsibilities included oversight in all lending areas, including commercial and residential mortgages, sale of single-family portfolios into the secondary mortgage market, as well as all residential single-family builder originated lending to include approval of all contractors and on site inspections and disbursements for all projects. In Florida, for 5 years Bob was a top selling Realtor in Naples. For 3 years he was a Senior Financial Investigator in the Department of Revenue, State of Florida, responsible for Collier County. He also held a Florida Mortgage Broker's license and was Owner/President of GRS Financial Services from 1997 to 2022.

Ilene was born and raised in Tampa. She worked for Tampa Shriners for 8 years as Director of Hospitality. Hosting events and providing outstanding service was always a priority. Then for 2 years she was a stay-at-home mom enjoying the fast paced moments of her babies growing up, after which she decided she was ready to pursue a career as a Realtor and get back in the industry of helping people find something they love. Ilene and her sister Vanessa started their Realtor journey together as a team. Ilene has a very easygoing and bubbly personality, is easy to get along with, and strives to please clients. Jon was born and raised on Long Island, NY and has lived in Land O' Lakes since 2005. After completing his BS Degree in Psychology, he went on to hold various roles until settling into Healthcare Information Technology. But Jon also developed a passion for real estate and investing, which fit well with two of his strengths- customer service, which has always been a priority in everything he has done, and his analytical skills with an attention to detail. In his off time Jon has spent many hours volunteering with scouting, as he is an Eagle Scout himself. He also volunteers with youth sports, as well as other community organizations. In addition, Jon enjoys fantasy football, sports, travel, camping and spending time with his family and friends. He is married to the love of his life and real estate partner, Linda, and they have three children.

Linda grew up between Long Island, NY, and the Poconos in PA, and has called Land O' Lakes home for half of her life. Licensed since 2018, Linda brings her BS in Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Management and her sales and marketing experience to her real estate career. She enjoys volunteering in the community, reading, camping, hiking, and making the complex easy for her clients as they navigate their next big move. Linda is married with three children and comes from a large family. She shares her home with a rescue dog and two cats.
