Brendaliz Morales



In 2002, Brendaliz moved here from Puerto Rico, so she could best raise her three children by teaching them to always work hard for what they want, never give up no matter how difficult things may get, and that everything is possible if one acts accordingly. In 2016, after many years in corporate management, Brendaliz decided on a career change and became a Realtor. She remembers the feeling of accomplishment when she purchased her first house, and she wanted to
help others achieve the dream of buying their own home. With close to three decades of management, finance, retail and customer service, Brendaliz has a wide range of experience that makes her well adept in the home buying and selling process. One of the biggest decisions you make in life is buying a house, but it isn't just an instant, logical decision; it's a process- a falling in love process. You fall in love with the look, with the feeling, and most importantly, with the
possibilities of what your life can be and all the memories you will create there. Brendaliz wants to go through that process with you. Katrina Moseley



Katrina was born in Clearwater, Florida into a real estate and mortgage family. Her family moved from Florida to the Northeast Georgia Mountains when she was young. Since that move, she's become an expert in moving, having lived in three states, and over 20 different homes before returning back to Florida in 2019 with her husband, teenage daughter and two pups. When asked what her purpose for getting into real estate was, her answer is simple; people deserve to buy and sell homes with ease, transparency and trust, and I can provide them that opportunity. Her clients describe her as a ball of energy, and she believes that aiming for the highest energy of love in all she does is her secret to truly being able to serve her clients best. When asked why she was so excited to join M&A, she responded, "Because of the high level of integrity, expertise and leadership this brokerage is built upon".

Maria Neger



A native of Long Island, New York, Maria has an eclectic background that enabled her to become a Realtor who understands home construction, hard financial facts, and aesthetics. She pursued her love of fashion at the Fashion Institute of Technology, earning an Associate of Applied Science. Her financial expertise resulted in her serving as a finance manager in the automotive industry for several years, and her real estate experience started in 2008, when she began redeveloping residential properties with her husband. Maria then became a Realtor who could quickly evaluate the quality of a property, know how to match properties to each client's unique financial situation, and understand how different elements combine to produce beauty and value in a home. Furthermore, as a person who enjoys an active lifestyle that includes horseback riding, bicycling, boating, and rollerblading, Maria is perceptive to the lifestyle her clients desire, working with each one to ensure the neighborhood and surrounding area align with their individual needs and preferences. She is detail oriented and organized, as well as a good communicator and educator. The thing Maria loves most about her job is being a buyer's agent and helping people find a place to call "Home."

Christina Nostro



Before becoming an agent at Mihara and Associates, Inc., Christina spent most of her professional career working in public relations. With her outgoing personality, fun-loving approach and knowledge of the Tampa Bay Area after living here for most of her life, working directly with people in some way was always the obvious career choice for her. After finding success as a VIP Hostess for some of the Bay Area's well known "hot spots", Christina decided that it was time to add a little something different to her resume. She now works as a Real Estate agent as well as heading up the Client Services Department at Tampa Bay Downs Thoroughbred Race Track. Christina enjoys the challenges and diversity of both careers, and appreciates the day to day excitement each of them brings.

Adria worked as a Realtor for 7 years before joining M&A full time as a licensed Broker Associate. Donna Parker

Jessica Patriarch



Jessica was born in Montreal, Canada and raised in Palm Beach County, Florida. Sandra Perez



Sandy has been a top-producing agent in the tri-county area for more than 25 years, offering professional assistance to hundreds of buyers and sellers of residential real estate. Born to two amazing Cuban immigrants, Sandy learned that hard work and family values were most important in her community. She became a licensed Realtor while attending college and ultimately graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Business Management. Her career has included time at Century 21, where she had the honor of winning the Centurion Award for Top Producers and consistently ranked as one of their top agents.  Also, in the 1990s, Sandy opened up a RE/MAX Executive Realty office and added a title company and a mortgage firm to the business. Prior to joining M&A in 2022, Shannon had been a Florida Real Estate agent for 18 years. Her experience in area research and her ability to go above and beyond in any task is what sets her apart. Lisa Piper



Originally from upstate New York, Lisa has been in the Tampa Bay area since 1996. She attended the International Academy of Design where she received an associate degree in interior design. I live and work in Buffalo, New York and was desperately looking to find a property for my parents to spend the Winter. I was telling my colleague Claire at work about my concern for my parents spending another Winter in Buffalo, so she told me about Ray. She said she knew Ray from high school and that they kept in touch. She offered to talk to Ray and from that day on, Ray was there for us! He offered us a lot of options until we found exactly what we were looking for. We were able to rely on Ray and his team for everything. We never even saw the house till after we paid and closed! We trusted Ray because of his professionalism and friendly nature. Ray advocated for us and treated us like family! He went and looked at the house, researched the property.  We were happy with his assessment and signed off on the sale; eventually when we were able to see the house a few weeks after closing we were very pleased! Ray and his team were very helpful and they made it very convenient for us with digital communications that fit our schedules. He even went with the inspector and sent us videos of any possible issues. A truly amazing experience. I still thank my colleague I work with every time I see her, for introducing us to Ray! Thank you Ray and team, we can't wait to buy our next house with you and your team!  Especially since my parents love the house so much now, they say they may never leave, so I need to find another house :-)
