Linda grew up between Long Island, NY, and the Poconos in PA, and has called Land O' Lakes home for half of her life. Licensed since 2018, Linda brings her BS in Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Management and her sales and marketing experience to her real estate career. She enjoys volunteering in the community, reading, camping, hiking, and making the complex easy for her clients as they navigate their next big move. Linda is married with three children and comes from a large family. She shares her home with a rescue dog and two cats.

As a Tampa native, Roza finds it exciting to see her city become a hub for startups and corporations alike, bringing with it the individuals and families looking to call Tampa home. I'm always impressed with self-starters. Sylvia is a multimillion dollar producer. She quietly and enthusiastically has worked very hard to attain her success. She is always there for her customers and makes sure they feel comfortable to call her at any time. Sylvia is amazingly versatile about the territories she competently covers - South Tampa to Tierra Verde - residential as well as commercial - and she is a specialist in waterfront properties. Dan is a long time resident of Tampa Bay, where he graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration. Dan has a background in finance as a mortgage broker and as a stockbroker, and he enjoys helping people reach their financial goals, which includes homeownership, one of the largest financial purchases most people will make in a lifetime. In his free time he enjoys music and local sports, and he is an active member of his church. Married with three sons, Dan loves people in general and loves helping them reach their goals. With an Associate of Science in Nursing degree, Stacy has worked in the healthcare sector, first as a certified nursing assistant in the intensive care unit at Cape Coral Hospital and then as registered nurse on the progressive care unit at Florida Hospital Tampa. Skills that Stacy acquired from the nursing profession, that are advantageous to her as a Realtor include critical thinking, data analysis, teamwork, and communication skills. Born and raised in Tampa, Dakota brings a wealth of homegrown expertise to the Bay Area real estate market, with a passion for connecting people and their ideal homes. Melody grew up in Inverness, Florida, and has been a licensed real estate professional since 2023. Having lived in Tampa for 15 years, Melody brings a wealth of local knowledge and experience. Before transitioning to real estate, she worked as a nuclear coordinator. In her free time, Melody enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, participating in charity work, watching football, and crafting. She is also a proud dog mom to Ryder and Niko.

Ryan was born in New York City, but grew up in what he calls Amazing Tampa Bay. He graduated from Steinbrenner High School here. He loves playing basketball, Italian food, and working out, but for Ryan, there is so much more that Tampa has to offer and so many things to love about Tampa, that his main priority is to share it with others. He loves all of the beaches, the area's sports entertainment, its amusement parks, and what he considers to be a foodie paradise. He loves the versatility and all the great people in this area and feels this city has so many opportunities everyone can take advantage of. Ryan has always been intrigued by real estate since he was little. He wants to help clients find their dream home and the best investments.

Born and raised in Tampa, Carlye's deep love for this city has been the driving force behind her real estate journey. She obtained her bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Tampa. UT is where she met her husband, with whom they've had two daughters. Carlye and her husband love real estate and have done everything from flipping houses to becoming an Airbnb Superhost. Having personally navigated every facet of real estate, Carlye understands the complexities and stress that can accompany it. It's this firsthand knowledge that fuels her dedication to guiding clients through the buying and/or selling process and is the reason she enjoys being a real estate agent.
