Kelly Harden



Kelly has been a resident of the Tampa Bay area since her parents moved the family to Florida when she was a child. She grew up here and raised her family here, giving her insight and knowledge of the Tampa Bay area, which she uses to help you when you are buying or selling your home. Kelly spent the beginning of her career in the furniture and design industry where she developed her outstanding customer service skills, eventually becoming Vice President of Sales for Southwest Florida at La-Z-Boy. When the time came for a career change, Kelly knew it was time to pursue her other passion, real estate. Her greatest joy comes from helping her clients achieve their goals. Kelly's areas of expertise include working with sellers, buyers, investors, new construction, and relocation. Kelly serves all of the Greater Tampa Bay Area with special emphasis on Pasco and Hillsborough counties. Kristine Hunter



Kristine is dedicated to helping others realize their homeownership goals. As a native of Tampa Bay, Kristine works the entire community, including Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties, and occasionally Hernando and Polk counties. Monica Illas



Originally from Missouri, Monica moved to Tampa to continue her sales career. Having lived here for 14 years prior to joining Mihara & Associates, Monica understands and appreciates the many unique benefits of life in the Tampa Bay area with its unmatched beauty, culture and water related activities.  Upon becoming part of the M&A team, her 15 years of prior sales experience coupled with her enthusiastic, can-do attitude and caring nature was ideal for identifying each client's desires and skillfully guiding them to fulfill their real estate goals. David Itterley



Originally from Fort Myers, David relocated to Tampa to attend college at the University of South Florida. After graduating with a Bachelor's degree, David dove into real estate full time and has since enjoyed helping people live the dream of home ownership. Realizing home ownership is a major avenue to financial freedom, David works diligently to help ensure your home is a great investment for years to come. He prides himself on advising his clients with a genuine and honest analysis of properties. Customer service has always been his main priority. In his spare time David plays baseball, enjoys poker, and spends time with his family.

Melany Jablonski



Before joining Mihara & Associates, Melany had been active in personally buying and selling real estate for several years.  She made Tampa Bay her home in 2001, after marrying her husband, Patrick Jablonski, a former Tampa Bay Lightning goalie.  She is a proud mom of two daughters and a Havanese named Panda.   With a 15-year career in public speaking representing a wide range of manufacturing and fortune 500 companies, Melany has been exposed to many different industries, but her interest in real estate has always been at the forefront.  In her spare time, Melany enjoys playing league tennis as a member of the Cheval Tennis and Athletic Club, golfing with her husband, spending time with her daughters, learning to play guitar, and being around her family and friends.  She is passionate and driven to help her clients achieve their goals, whether it is buying, selling, investing, or renting.  Be rest assured that Melany will provide you with the personal attention and detail to make your real estate transaction a pleasant one.

Steve Johnson

Steve was raised in the Tampa Bay Area. He graduated from Tarpon Springs High School in Pinellas County and then USF in 2004. Having grown up in the area, Steve is acutely aware of the melting pot of people here and how important it is to listen to and understand individual wants and needs. Steve has been working in real estate since 2014 and as a Realtor since 2016. He relishes the opportunity to meet new people every day and to cultivate relationships that last far beyond the closing table. Luke Kirwan

Born in Syracuse, NY, Luke grew up playing hockey. At the age of 14, he moved away from home to hone his skills in hockey, which enabled him to become a member of the U17 (under-17) US National Team Development Program (NTDP). USA Hockey formed the NTDP in 1996 in order to develop elite hockey players under the age of 18. Because of hockey, Luke lived all over North America and traveled around the world. He was a U17 World Champion with Team USA. He subsequently attended training camps for the Detroit Red Wings and Columbus Blue Jackets, but he also attended University of Prince Edward Island and University of Tampa (UT), with the aim of transitioning into a successful businessman here. His zeal for a career in real estate led him to become a licensed realtor while still a student at UT. It is clear that once Luke sets his sight on achieving a goal, nothing will stop him, since from an early age, Luke has developed the skills to set and achieve challenging goals.

Kelly Knetsch



Kelly grew up near Chicago and as a scholarship athlete graduated from Purdue University.  However, she has lived in Carrollwood since 1996 and has been a full time Realtor since 1999.  A mother of three children, all of whom were enrolled in neighborhood public schools, Kelly continually serves her community to help make it a better place.  As President of the Carrollwood Elementary PTA, she raised sufficient money to build the covered Pavilion.  She has also served on the Board of Directors of Carrollwood Village Phase 2, where she helped launch the now Annual VillageFest.  In addition, Kelly has been involved in the Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Youth Soccer, Roller Hockey, Recreational and Travel Ice Hockey, Competitive Dance, Classical Ballet, Tennis, Golf, Youth Baseball, Softball, and local church groups.  So, who better to market her community and all of its wonderful activities and benefits than she? Moreover, Kelly provides impeccable service to her clients by getting to know their unique needs and developing a plan of action tailor-made to meet their goals. Kenny Knetsch



Raised in Tampa since he was two years old, Kenny has been around Real Estate most of his life, as his mother (see above) and his father have been Realtors in the Tampa Bay Area for more than 20 years. Before beginning his career in Real Estate, Kenny earned his Bachelor's Degree from Florida State University in 2016 and worked in the sports industry with the Tampa Bay Lightning and Rowdies before transitioning into Real Estate full time. Kenny specializes in first-time home buyers, providing professional expertise to the younger generation in the home buying process at the early stages of their careers, and has broad experience in working with luxury and new construction homes in the North Tampa area. Fueled by his sports background, Kenny is always up for a challenge and will not rest until the job is complete. Sharon Landis



Honest, caring and dedicated are words used to describe Sharon. Her clients say that she is willing to go the extra mile for them. Though residential is her first love, she enjoys all aspects of real estate. Because she worked in her family-owned construction business for 12 years, her knowledge of building and remodeling has been an asset to her real estate experience. Sharon obtained her real estate license in Pennsylvania in 2014 and in Florida in 2018. She got her GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institution) designation in 2018 and her PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) Certification in 2019. She has also taken several courses in conflict resolution and interpersonal management. In 2019, she joined Florida Realtors on an international trade mission to Dubai. Sharon has also worked with non-profit organizations, both in the HIV community and in the counseling arena. She has run a local food bank and has helped facilitate small support groups. She has personal experience with military deployments. In the past, she has volunteered with the Family Readiness Group and was awarded a civilian service award for her FRG work associated with unit deployment. Sharon also spends time with her local church, helping to feed and provide basic care for the homeless. When she does not have the time to go out personally, she has been very instrumental in collecting supplies from those willing to donate.


Conor Larkin



Originally from Doylestown, Pennsylvania, Conor played 2 years of lacrosse at Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, North Carolina, before transferring to University of Tampa in 2019. He finished his lacrosse career there by winning the Division 2 lacrosse National Championship in May 2022. Playing sports his entire life, it was always about working hard, which he parlayed into building a real estate career. A licensed Realtor since 2020, Conor transferred his hustle from sports to real estate, which better enabled him to helping buyers relocate or finding attractive investment properties for investors and helping them create wealth.

Reggie Lewis



Previously residing in Ohio, Reggie brought a passion for physical fitness and helping others to his real estate practice in Tampa. As a lifetime fitness trainer, Reggie firmly believes in forming lasting relationships with his clients, working diligently to help them achieve their goals. How does this mindset translate to real estate? It's simple.
