Hassan Gilliam



Born and raised in Essex County, New Jersey, Hassan attended and played football for University of Mount Union in Alliance, Ohio then transferred to John Carroll University where he received a bachelor's degree in sociology. Hassan's real estate career began 6 months after moving to Tampa. Six months later, he joined Networth Realty, where he spent 2 years, specializing in off market properties. Hassan joined Mihara & Associates in February 2024 where he looks forward to furthering his real estate career.

Amanda Grable



Amanda is a lifelong, Tamp Bay resident and real estate expert who combines her local roots with immense experience in property investments and home buying. Susan Greco


"Yo Hablo Espanol." Susan is a Puerto Rico Native and moved to Florida as a young child. She previously worked in Title and Mortgage Industries and is a seasoned agent, who enjoys working with people and helping them reach their housing goals. Mark Hangen



Born and raised in Buffalo, Mark accumulated much sales experience prior to graduating from college. After earning a bachelor's degree in secondary education from Buffalo State College in 1992, Mark became a social studies teacher and a high school ice hockey coach in the Buffalo area. He also served as a volunteer coach for various youth sports teams and for the Special Olympics. Moving to Tampa in 1994, Mark spent the next six years teaching special education. Then, in 2000, he decided that real estate sales was his true calling. Since 2001, Mark has been a consistent Multi-Million Dollar Real Estate Top Producer. He is also an experienced real estate investor and since 2007, an expert on distressed properties. He has been able to help many families avoid bankruptcy and/or foreclosure by successfully negotiating favorable short sales for them. Hadi Harake

Kelly has been a resident of the Tampa Bay area since her parents moved the family to Florida when she was a child. David Itterley



Originally from Fort Myers, David relocated to Tampa to attend college at the University of South Florida. Melany Jablonski

Steve was raised in the Tampa Bay Area. He graduated from Tarpon Springs High School in Pinellas County and then USF in 2004. Having grown up in the area, Steve is acutely aware of the melting pot of people here and how important it is to listen to and understand individual wants and needs. Steve has been working in real estate since 2014 and as a Realtor since 2016. Kelly Knetsch



Kelly grew up near Chicago and as a scholarship athlete graduated from Purdue University.  However, she has lived in Carrollwood since 1996 and has been a full time Realtor since 1999.  A mother of three children, all of whom were enrolled in neighborhood public schools, Kelly continually serves her community to help make it a better place.  As President of the Carrollwood Elementary PTA, she raised sufficient money to build the covered Pavilion.  She has also served on the Board of Directors of Carrollwood Village Phase 2, where she helped launch the now Annual VillageFest.  In addition, Kelly has been involved in the Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Youth Soccer, Roller Hockey, Recreational and Travel Ice Hockey, Competitive Dance, Classical Ballet, Tennis, Golf, Youth Baseball, Softball, and local church groups.  So, who better to market her community and all of its wonderful activities and benefits than she? I live and work in Buffalo, New York and was desperately looking to find a property for my parents to spend the Winter. I was telling my colleague Claire at work about my concern for my parents spending another Winter in Buffalo, so she told me about Ray. She said she knew Ray from high school and that they kept in touch. She offered to talk to Ray and from that day on, Ray was there for us! He offered us a lot of options until we found exactly what we were looking for. We were able to rely on Ray and his team for everything. We never even saw the house till after we paid and closed! We trusted Ray because of his professionalism and friendly nature. Ray advocated for us and treated us like family! He went and looked at the house, researched the property.  We were happy with his assessment and signed off on the sale; eventually when we were able to see the house a few weeks after closing we were very pleased! Ray and his team were very helpful and they made it very convenient for us with digital communications that fit our schedules. He even went with the inspector and sent us videos of any possible issues. A truly amazing experience. I still thank my colleague I work with every time I see her, for introducing us to Ray!
