Josh's love for real estate began at an early age, when on family vacations, his grandparents would hire a realtor to show the prize properties in that area. He went on to obtain degrees in Economics and in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Arkansas. Josh's real estate knowledge is vast. His experience spanned over 15 years prior to joining M&A has included assisting land owners in right of way transactions for oil and gas leases, helping commercial investors buy and sell net lease properties, and now working with home buyers and sellers. As a member of M&A's Team TLC, Josh utilizes his skills and knowledge to make the home buying and selling process a smooth and enjoyable experience. Sara was born in Pennsylvania and raised in Orlando, Florida. While living in Orlando, Sara attended the University of Central Florida and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Event Management with a minor in Business Administration. Before working in real estate, Sara worked in public and private schools, holding various teaching and leadership positions.  In 2017, Sara relocated to Tampa and has continually enjoyed experiencing the city's culture, dining, and endless activities.  Sara's passion for people, paired with her keen eye for interior and exterior home design drove her to follow her passion- helping her clients find homes they love.

Mike's background includes serving active duty in the Air Force for 5 years plus 2 additional years in the active reserve.  Holder of an MBA degree, he worked for 17 years in sales and financial management at the corporate offices of Verizon. Since 2000, Mike has been buying and selling real estate in the Tampa Bay area. Having earned the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) designation, Mike has purchased, managed, and sold multiple rental properties, as well as many short term flip properties. In addition, he has helped his clients acquire both short and long term investments. He has managed multiple investment projects for clients, which after having appreciated were profitably sold, thereby increasing his clients' net worth. Mike is married, has two daughters, and enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. A fitness buff, he also enjoys running and working out.

Born and raised in Tampa and a longtime resident of Lutz, Jennifer is part of five generations to call Tampa Bay home. She offers years of experience working full time as a Realtor with a proven sales history and online reviews from clients to back her up. Jennifer's extensive knowledge of the area allows her to cover multiple counties throughout Florida, including Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas and Hernando. Dara grew up in Pennsylvania and obtained a B.S. in marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. After graduating college, she earned a Graduate Gemologist degree and enjoyed a successful career in the jewelry industry. During a break from her career, Dara taught scuba diving in the Caribbean, and enjoyed extensive travel while promoting luxury shopping in ports of call for the cruise ship industry. In 2017, Dara moved to Tampa from Denver to be close to her family. In her spare time, Dara still teaches scuba diving and stays active working out, practicing yoga and enjoying the outdoors. Having bought and sold several of her own homes, she became a Realtor and loves helping people with their real estate needs. Born in Dallas, Texas, Debby graduated from Tampa Catholic High School and has lived in Tampa most of her life.  She has two daughters, both of whom graduated from colleges in Indiana. Debby has a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification in Human Resources, having worked in the field for 30 years, most recently with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay.  During her HR career, she became a Florida licensed Realtor in 2005 and also a Notary Public. Establishing a positive rapport and fostering strong relationships, Debby strives to place her clients first.  Building relationships and accomplishing goals, which result in positive and successful transactions, provide the foundation for selling and purchasing new homes. Nick was born and raised in Tampa. He wouldn't call anywhere else home. He lives in Forest Hills with his wife and two daughters. He likes to spend his spare time with family as well as a little fishing. And he loves to help others any way he can, especially with helping to find the perfect home. Nick likes to orchestrate the process with a "whatever it takes" attitude to get the transaction completed. One of his favorite steps in the process is being able to go out and guide his clients through showings of their potential future home. Being a third generation native and growing up and attending schools and college in the Tampa Bay area, Barbara has a real feel for the area. She has witnessed the growth of our population, development of our schools, expansion of our roads, bridges and shopping malls, and proliferation of our sports and cultural achievements. Her background includes serving as Vice President of Flair Homes, where she coordinated the various stages from financing, permitting, and draws to the move-in for the new homeowner. She previously served as a vice president at Florida Federal, which at that time was one of the largest banks in Florida. There she supervised three offices and managed all operations from deposits to lending. She was also instrumental in opening Bay Federal, where she served as Senior Vice President with responsibilities for lending. In the mid 1970s, while still employed in banking, Barbara obtained her Florida real estate license because her job dealt heavily with real estate matters. She became a full-time Realtor in the mid 1980s and is a consistent multimillion-dollar sales producer. While she focuses on residential properties, her experience also includes sales of commercial properties, such as professional offices, warehouses, and large acreage.

"Yo Hablo Espanol." Susan is a Puerto Rico Native and moved to Florida as a young child. She previously worked in Title and Mortgage Industries and is a seasoned agent, who enjoys working with people and helping them reach their housing goals. She brings a vast knowledge of Real Estate to every client she helps. Susan enjoys the outdoors, loves the beach, skeet shooting and horseback riding. She has a deep love for her family and her farm animals. She loves strawberries and going to the strawberry festival.

Born and raised in Buffalo, Mark accumulated much sales experience prior to graduating from college. After earning a bachelor's degree in secondary education from Buffalo State College in 1992, Mark became a social studies teacher and a high school ice hockey coach in the Buffalo area. He also served as a volunteer coach for various youth sports teams and for the Special Olympics. Moving to Tampa in 1994, Mark spent the next six years teaching special education. Then, in 2000, he decided that real estate sales was his true calling. Since 2001, Mark has been a consistent Multi-Million Dollar Real Estate Top Producer.
